Standard Warranty Period
We provide a 2-year factory warranty starting from the shipment date. Core components—including the main control board, servo motor, print head pump, and power supply—are fully covered.
Warranty Service Details
During the warranty period, we offer free replacement parts for core components damaged due to manufacturing defects. Our engineers will also provide free online troubleshooting guidance to assist with part replacement step by step.
Items Not Covered
The free warranty does not cover:
Consumables (e.g., ink, cartridges)
Print head wear from improper operation
Damage from accidental collisions, incorrect voltage, unauthorized disassembly, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters)
Long-Term After-Warranty Support
After the warranty expires, we continue to offer lifetime spare parts supply at cost price and paid remote/on-site technical maintenance services.
